Anthony’s purées any fresh strawberries that may be left in the kitchen at the end of the night for use in drinks the next day. If none are left, they’ll purée fresh ones that day. This recipe can be easily scaled up—just make sure to leave a few inches of room at the top of the blender’s pitcher.
Serves 1 | start to finish: 5 minutes
2 ounces Cuervo Gold Tequila
¾ ounce Triple Sec
1 ounce Rose’s Lime Juice
1 ounce Sweet & Sour
2 ounces fresh strawberry purée
In a blender, process all ingredients until frozen. Garnish with a lime wheel and a beautiful fresh strawberry placed on rim of glass. Do not salt the rim of the glass.
